We're looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Maintenance Administration Assistant to join us on a fixed-term basis to support an important data management project. Working alongside our Maintenance Administration Team, you'll help clear a backlog of compliance documentation by accurately uploading records and maintaining our digital systems.

About you:

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with systems, administration and accurate record keeping.

You'll have exceptional attention to detail, be confident using computer systems and enjoy organising information in a structured and methodical way. Previous administration or data entry experience would be beneficial, but most importantly you'll take pride in producing accurate work and supporting your colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Accurately enter maintenance information into our ParcVu system.

·         Upload Gas Safety Certificates, Electrical Safety Certificates and other compliance documentation.

·         Scan, index and electronically file maintenance documents.

·         Maintain accurate digital records and ensure documents can be easily retrieved.

·         Check documentation for accuracy and report any missing or incomplete information.

·         Support the Maintenance Administration Team with general administrative duties.

·         Assist with maintaining statutory compliance records.

·         Respond promptly to internal requests for maintenance documentation.

·         Work collaboratively with the wider Maintenance Team to support operational requirements.

·         Ensure all information is handled confidentially and in accordance with company procedures.

Hours of Work:

This is a part-time position working 4 days per week.

We're happy to offer flexible working hours, which can be discussed during the recruitment process, to support both the successful candidate and the needs of the business.

This is a fixed-term position, with an anticipated end date of 30 September, although this may vary depending on business requirements.
