Are you ready to be part of something truly special?
Following a phenomenal first year of trading, Unity Holidays is continuing to build on strong foundations to deliver the best Owner and Guest experience in the industry across our holiday park and accommodation operations.
At Unity Holidays, we are committed to recruiting individuals who are passionate about maintaining high standards and who thrive when working as part of an effective and collaborative team.
The cleanliness and presentation of our resort play a vital role in shaping the experience of our Owners and Guests. We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Litter Picker to help maintain the cleanliness of our Festival Gardens, Lido and wider outdoor areas throughout our busy season.
You will be responsible for litter picking, emptying bins, sweeping and ensuring our key guest areas remain clean, safe and welcoming throughout the day.
We want every Unity Holidays team member to have the best teammates, so together we can build experiences where our core value of Togetherness truly shines through.
We know without doubt that an industry-leading experience starts with our team. We set high standards of excellence and will champion your Growth through training, confidence and learning — and we’ll always celebrate a job well done.
About You
You’ll be a hands-on and dependable individual who takes pride in keeping outdoor spaces clean, tidy and well presented.
You’ll be comfortable spending the majority of your working day outdoors and carrying out a physically active role involving regular walking, sweeping, lifting and moving waste bags.
You’ll be proactive and able to identify areas that require attention without always needing to be directed. You’ll understand that even the smallest details can have a significant impact on the experience of our Owners and Guests.
No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided. What matters most is a positive attitude, reliability and a willingness to work as part of the wider Maintenance team.
As this is a visible and guest-facing role, you’ll also be approachable, professional and represent Unity Holidays positively when interacting with Owners and Guests.
