We’re recruiting a Food & Beverage Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of RJ’s, our largest entertainment venue, and The View, our golf café and lounge.
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys being visible on the floor, supporting their team and delivering consistently high standards of service in busy, seasonal environments.
About the Role
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and successful running of both venues, leading teams through daily service, entertainment, events and peak trading periods.
You will manage a mix of permanent and seasonal team members, scaling the operation to meet business demand while maintaining strong standards, engagement and guest experience throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day operation of RJ’s and The View, ensuring excellent service and guest experience
Act as a visible, hands-on leader during service, leading by example
Deliver entertainment, functions and events to a high standard
Recruit, onboard, train and manage both permanent and seasonal team members
Plan and manage rotas, staffing levels and labour costs in line with seasonal demand
Control costs including GP, stock, ordering and wastage
Ensure full compliance with food safety, health & safety and licensing requirements
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and venue appearance front and back of house
Manage guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Complete required cash handling, checks, audits and reporting accurately and on time
About You
You will be an experienced hospitality manager who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Proven experience managing a busy food & beverage venue or multiple outlets
Experience leading teams in a seasonal or high-volume operation
A practical, people-focused leadership style
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence managing rotas, stock, costs and compliance
