Our Experience Advisors are at the heart of the guest journey and are often the first and last point of contact for our Holiday Home Owners and Guests. We are looking for friendly, organised and guest-focused individuals who take pride in delivering warm, professional and memorable experiences from arrival through to departure.

About You
You’ll be a confident and approachable individual with a genuine passion for customer service.
You’ll enjoy working in a guest-facing environment, managing multiple priorities and ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, accuracy and care. You’ll remain calm and organised during busy periods and take pride in representing the Unity Holidays brand.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a positive, solutions-focused attitude are essential for success in this role.

Flexibility to work variable shifts is essential.
