About You

We are looking for friendly, reliable and enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Essential Requirements:

• Ability to communicate with a diverse customer and colleague base.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep calm under pressure.
• A team player who demonstrates kindness.

Key Responsibilities

Serving food and drinks: Delivering exceptional service directly to tables with a smile.

Bar work: Serving drinks in line with agreed standards for quality and presentation. Taking and inputting accurate food orders and keeping the bar buzzing with energy.

Clearing and cleaning tables: Ensuring every guest feels like they’re in a clean, welcoming environment.

Presenting our venues: Taking pride in maintaining a vibrant and inviting space.

Cash Handling: Handling cash transactions accurately and inline with agreed procedures.

Problem Solving: Dealing with minor problems and complaints effectively and where necessary able to escalate these to the manager on duty.

Experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right people.

Hours of Work

Our Food & Beverage venues are busiest at evenings and weekends, so flexibility is essential. Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays will be required.
