Our touring and camping experience is a key part of what makes Unity special. We are now looking for Accommodation & Touring Team Members who will play a vital role in welcoming guests, maintaining our touring fields, and supporting our wider accommodation operation when required.

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same — combining guest interaction, outdoor responsibilities, and accommodation support to help create an exceptional experience across the park.

About You

You’ll be friendly, approachable and confident in delivering great guest service, often being one of the first people our touring guests meet on arrival.

You’ll enjoy working outdoors and in a practical role, taking pride in maintaining high standards across our camping, touring fields and accommodation areas.

You’ll be proactive, reliable and able to work independently, while also supporting the wider accommodation team during busy periods.

You’ll be calm under pressure, safety-aware, and comfortable handling guest queries or situations in a professional and positive manner.

Experience in hospitality, accommodation, outdoor operations or customer service is desirable but not essential.

  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
  • Ability to follow health & safety and operational procedures

Key Responsibilities

Touring & Camping Focus

  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to touring and camping guests on arrival
  • Allocate pitches and support guests in getting set up where required
  • Maintain high standards across touring fields, including presentation, cleanliness and safety
  • Carry out regular checks of facilities, reporting any issues promptly
  • Monitor and support adherence to park rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests
  • Respond to guest queries, concerns and requests in a helpful and proactive manner

Accommodation Support

  • Support accommodation changeovers through cleaning and preparation of caravans and units
  • Carry out accommodation checks to ensure units meet Unity Holidays’ standards
  • Complete safety checks including smoke alarms and general condition reporting
  • Assist with basic remedial cleaning where required
  • Report maintenance issues, damages or recurring concerns

General Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with Accommodation, Maintenance, Security and Guest Experience teams
  • Follow all health & safety, COSHH and PPE procedures
  • Support wider team operations during busy periods across the park
  • Assist with maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment at all times

Hours of Work

Different contract types are available for this role.

Due to the nature of the business, flexibility is essential, with key working days including Fridays, Mondays and peak Saturdays during busy holiday periods.
