We’re looking for someone who:

  • Thrives in a front-facing role and is passionate about creating lasting memories.
  • Is a natural problem-solver who can remain calm under pressure. Is driven, excited and motivated by sales targets.
  • Is used to working with systems and Microsoft packages.
  • Has excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
  • Is organised and does what they say they are going to do.
  • Enjoys being part of a close-knit team and is willing to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.

Previous reception, sales or customer service experience is an advantage, but what truly matters is your attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional service to our owners and holidaying guests.

Essential Requirements:

As a member of our Experience Team, you’ll be a primary point of contact for all of our visitors and be seen as the face of the park.

This role requires exceptional communication skills and a problem-solving attitude, as you’ll be empowered to take ownership of each and every interaction, whether a holiday sale, general enquiry or a problem that needs resolving.

You’ll need to be motivated and will thrive when you are meeting stretching sales targets.

You’ll be communicating in person, over the telephone and via e-mail and in every case, a smile and willingness to help will be crucial.

A genuine passion for helping others and an ability to deliver an outstanding service will create the perfect environment where everyone, including yourself and your colleagues, will feel cared for and part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming owners and guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Handling enquiries and reservations, both in person, over the phone and on e-mail.
  • To provide a seamless and enjoyable holiday booking experience.
  • Assisting with check-ins and check-outs.
  • Resolving any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborating with team members to deliver seamless service.
  • Keeping the reception area organised and presentable.
  • Supporting park operations and contributing to the overall guest experience.

Hours of Work:

Our parks are busiest at the weekends, so we’ll need you to be flexible and be available for work at least one day at the weekend.
