Following a strong period of growth, Unity Holidays is continuing to build a best-in-class experience for both our holiday home owners and guests.

We are looking for a Subletting Coordinator to take ownership of our subletting service — supporting holiday homeowners to let their caravans to guests when they’re not using them, while ensuring everything is set up correctly, compliant and running smoothly.

This is a key role on park, acting as the link between owners, guests and multiple departments to deliver a seamless, professional and commercially effective subletting operation.

At Unity Holidays, we know great experiences start with great people. We’ll support your Growth through training and development, encourage your Passion for delivering excellent service, and create a culture of Togetherness across our teams.

About You

You’ll be highly organised, detail-focused and confident managing processes from start to finish.

You’ll enjoy working with people, building positive relationships with owners and supporting them through the subletting journey. Proactive and solutions-focused, able to juggle multiple priorities while ensuring nothing is missed.

Most importantly, you’ll take pride in delivering a smooth, professional service that supports both owner satisfaction and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for holiday homeowners using the subletting service
  • Support owners in setting up their caravans for subletting, ensuring all requirements are completed correctly
  • Manage and coordinate all subletting administration, including agreements, compliance checks and documentation
  • Ensure all listings, details and systems are accurate and up to date including managing billing on owners accounts.
  • Liaise with internal teams including Maintenance, Housekeeping, Guest Experience and Revenue to ensure caravans are guest-ready
  • Coordinate inventory requirements, setup standards and readiness for new sublet units
  • Monitor availability, bookings and performance, supporting opportunities to maximise occupancy and revenue
  • Respond to owner queries professionally, resolving issues or escalating where required
  • Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure compliance with company policies and holiday home agreements
  • Support continuous improvement of the subletting service and owner experience

Experience & Skills

Essential:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving ability

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in holiday parks, property, lettings or hospitality
  • Experience working with owners, customers or account management
  • Understanding of booking systems or property management processes

Safeguarding & Compliance

This role requires compliance with company policies, holiday home agreements, data protection and health & safety procedures.

Hours of Work

This role will include working weekends and bank holidays in line with business needs, particularly during peak holiday periods.

What We Offer

  • 25% off Food & Drink for you and your family
  • 50% off Food & Drink when on shift
