About You

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused individual with a passion for sales and delivering exceptional service.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, handling a high volume of enquiries while maintaining a professional and personable approach.

You’ll be confident communicating across multiple channels, including phone, email, and digital platforms, with the ability to build rapport and convert enquiries into bookings.

You’ll bring a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering a seamless customer journey from enquiry through to booking.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months experience in a customer service role
  • Proven sales experience with the ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional phone manner
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and booking/CRM systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • A proactive, positive team player with a results-driven approach

Key Responsibilities

Supporting the Holiday Sales function by delivering exceptional service and driving revenue, including:

Customer Service & Enquiry Handling

  • Responding promptly and professionally to all enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media
  • Providing accurate information on accommodation, availability, pricing, and resort facilities
  • Supporting guests with amendments or cancellations, ensuring a positive experience

Booking & Administration

  • Checking availability and creating bookings based on customer needs and budget
  • Processing payments securely and issuing confirmations
  • Maintaining accurate booking records and completing associated administrative tasks
  • Communicating arrivals and departures with relevant internal teams

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Proactively following up on quotes and leads to convert enquiries into bookings
  • Upselling upgrades, packages, and additional services
  • Promoting offers and services to maximise revenue and occupancy
  • Working collaboratively to achieve sales, revenue, and occupancy targets

Teamwork & Operational Support

  • Supporting Reception during peak periods where required
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer journey
  • Contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment

Experience

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role
  • Experience using CRM systems and booking platforms
  • Experience in a holiday park, hospitality, or travel environment would be advantageous

Hours of Work

This role requires flexibility to support the needs of the business, including availability to work weekends and peak holiday periods.
