About you:

We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly and safety-conscious individuals who enjoy interacting with guests and creating memorable holiday experiences.

You'll have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills and the ability to remain focused and vigilant throughout your shift. Whether you're assisting guests, maintaining high standards of cleanliness or ensuring attraction safety, you'll take pride in everything you do.

 Essential

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to follow procedures and safety instructions accurately.
  • Ability to remain vigilant and focused throughout shifts.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Reliable, punctual and professional approach to work.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced leisure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Control admission onto designated waterslide attractions and ensure safe guest usage at all times.
  • Enforce attraction rules, operating procedures and safety standards consistently and professionally.
  • Monitor guest behaviour and identify hazards, taking appropriate action where necessary.
  • Respond appropriately to incidents and emergency situations in line with training provided.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout attraction areas, changing rooms and associated facilities.
  • Carry out end-of-day cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure facilities remain safe and presentable.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and create positive guest interactions.
  • Support reception and retail duties where required, including till operation, cash handling and stock replenishment.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues and management teams.
  • Report accidents, incidents, defects and safety concerns promptly.
  • Attend training sessions and team meetings as required.
  • Follow all company policies, operating procedures and health & safety requirements.

 Experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right people.

 Hours of Work:

Whilst we have a variety of contract types available, our Waterpark operation is busiest during weekends, school holidays and peak holiday periods, so flexibility and availability during these times will be essential.
