Our Owner Experience Advisors are at the heart of our owner journey. Acting as the first point of contact for our holiday homeowners, this role is all about building strong relationships, delivering exceptional service and ensuring every owner feels valued, supported and proud to be part of Unity.

About You 

You’ll be a confident and approachable individual with a genuine passion for customer service and relationship building. 

You’ll enjoy working in a varied, owner-facing role where no two days are the same - balancing enquiries, administration and problem-solving, while always keeping the owner experience at the centre of what you do. 

You’ll be organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple priorities, remaining calm and professional even during busy periods. 

A positive, solutions-focused mindset and strong communication skills are key to success in this role. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Be the first point of contact for all Holiday Home Owner enquiries, providing a professional and friendly service  

  • Welcome owners and visitors, creating a warm and positive first impression  

  • Respond to enquiries via phone, email and in person in a timely and effective manner  

  • Support owners with account queries, payments and general administration  

  • Manage owner account records, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail  

  • Assist with debt management processes in a professional and customer-focused way  

  • Generate owner passes and support with access requirements  

  • Coordinate and administer services such as subletting, pitch enhancements and owner upgrades  

  • Liaise with Maintenance and other departments to report and resolve issues efficiently  

  • Support the planning and delivery of owner events and communications  

  • Provide clear and accurate information about the park, facilities and services  

  • Maintain accurate records, notes and reports in line with company processes  

  • Uphold all GDPR, financial and company compliance standards  

Experience & Skills 

Essential: 

  • Strong customer service and communication skills  

  • Ability to build relationships and manage expectations effectively  

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask  

  • High attention to detail and accuracy  

  • Confident using IT systems and administrative tools  

  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach  

Desirable: 

  • Previous experience in a customer service, administration or hospitality role  

  • Experience handling payments or account administration  

  • Familiarity with systems such as ParcVu (or similar)  

Safeguarding & Compliance 

This role requires compliance with safeguarding, data protection, financial and health & safety procedures. 

A DBS check may be required depending on responsibilities. 

Hours of Work 

This is a part-time role, typically 24 hours per week over 3 days. The working pattern includes every Saturday and Sunday, with one additional day during the week.

The role requires flexibility, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional adjustments to support owner events and operational needs.
