Support Worker

Location: Ipswich
Pay: £14.00 per hour
Potential Earnings: Up to £34,000 per year with overtime
Hours: Full-time, Permanent
Shifts: Predominantly day shifts, with flexibility to pick up additional night shifts
We're looking for caring, reliable, and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in Ipswich. This role is predominantly made up of day shifts, with the opportunity and flexibility to pick up night shifts when required.

As a Support Worker, you'll provide person-centred support to individuals living in a supported living environment. You'll help people feel safe, valued, and empowered while promoting dignity, choice, and independence.
What You'll Be DoingA full UK driving licence is required for roles involving mobility vehicles.
