Bartender Job Posting
The Role
The Bartender will greet customers, learn about their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages and food. The bartender will also upsell items, create recipes, utilize proper equipment and ingredients, and handle basic cleaning duties.

The Requirements
As a Bartender, we would love you to have:
High School Diploma or equivalent;
1-2 years experience required
Meets state minimum age (18) to serve alcohol
Dependability-job requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations.
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Basic math and computer skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Team player is MUST
Strong task and time management abilities
Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques
Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc. for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
Maintaining composure, keeping emotions in check, controlling anger, and avoiding aggressive behavior, even in difficult situations
The Restaurant
Opened in December 2018, Loch Bar is located in the center of Boca Raton’s bustling Mizner Park. With an impressive raw bar with over a dozen east and west coast oysters, Loch Bar draws inspiration from old-time seafood houses, bringing an air of casual luxury to the enjoyment of fresh and flavorful seafood. In addition to offering a wide selection of local craft beers and handcrafted cocktails, the beverage program centers around one of Florida’s largest whiskey lists.
