Lockes is a high end cocktail bar in Covent Garden, looking to hire a waiter or waitress. The successful candidate will demonstrate proactivity, high energy and flexibility.

We offer full training so personality and attitude are more important than previous experience. You will be joining an established, high performing team of professional bartenders. The owner of Lockes previously built and grew the market leading cocktail bar brand in the UK and and has overseen the training of over 5000 bartenders in the last 25 years. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to develop their career within the cocktail bar industry.

The basic hourly pay starts at £10 per hour which with the share of service charge equates to £13 per hour. There is the opportunity to make tips on top of this. We are looking for great communicators who are focused on making money through driving sales.
