We are a small, close-knit team looking for a few dedicated professionals with several years of bar service experience and a passion for restaurants, dining, cocktails and wine to join our Team.

Job Responsibilites

• Interact with team effectively and express genuine hospitality with guests.
• Maintain professional demeanor at all times, be gracious, and kind.
• Must possess full knowledge menu items: food, preparations, beverage, and ingredients.
• Manage bar guests with the utmost attention to detail. 
• Responsible for ensuring all proper mise, coursing, firing, pacing of experience.
• Understand POS system, and efficiently use systems in place.
• Follow steps of service to ensure ultimate guest satisfaction.
• Must be able to stand/walk for 8+ hours; bend, push, pull; lift 30 lbs. 
• Full time flexible hours are required (able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Take ownership, communicate with efficiency and be a team player.
• Be proactive, not reactive.
• Properly carry out restaurant standards, procedures and uphold policies

Skills & Requirements:

• Exceptional communication skills.
• Must possess impeccable work ethic, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in specific role.
• Strong beverage knowledge, craft cocktail experience is welcomed.
• Polished presentation and attentive.
• Ability to efficiently communicate with management, teams and guests.
• Self motivated individual who takes initiative and can be held accountable. 
• Willingness to learn, participate in trainings, and expand knowledge in all things food/beverage.
• Effectively prioritize steps to ensure the best guest experience is achieved.
