Description

José Pizarro’s newest venture, Lolo, has recently opened on Bermondsey Street to critical acclaim. Named after the affectionate Spanish nickname for Manuel, José’s middle name, Lolo is an all-day dining destination that offers something special at every hour—from breakfast through to late-night. The restaurant embodies José’s signature elements: exceptional food, fine wine, and welcoming hospitality.

This is José’s third restaurant on Bermondsey Street, a vibrant and dynamic setting where he has honed his craft and established his reputation as the godfather of Spanish cuisine in London.

We are now looking for a passionate, experienced, and proactive Assistant Restaurant Manager to join this exciting project and become a valued member of the José Pizarro family.

Please note, this role is based on a rotating schedule, as we operate seven days a week.

Employment requirements:

Applicant must be eligible to work full time in the UK and:

Two years of experience as a Restaurant manager .

Have an enthusiastic, professional, and exemplary attitude and conduct.

Possess good communication skills.

Attention to detail.
