José and his team are opening a position of a Sous chef to join the newest restaurant - Lolo.

Lolo is an all-day dining experience, offering a delightful selection of mouth-watering Mediterranean dishes for lunch and dinner featuring Jamon, caviar, oysters and much more.

Lolo marks Jose's third restaurant in Bermondsey Street, the vibrant and lively location where he has honed his craft and established himself as the godfather of the Spanish cuisine.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, and proactive Sous Chef, who want be part of such an exciting project and our José Pizarro family.

Please note that we will run a seven-day operation, therefore we work on a rota basis.

Employment requirements:

Applicant must be eligible to work full time in the UK and:

Two years of experience as a Sous Chef.

Have an enthusiastic, professional, and exemplary attitude and conduct.

Possess good communication skills.

Attention to detail and have previous experience in a similar role and operation.
