Role Description 

Working in the bar team you are responsible for the delivery of a high-class bar operation. You will work at 1 of our 2 bars in the venue, serving anything from welcome drinks and cocktails for party bookings, to draught beers and soft drinks to those taking a break in their CUBE or Putters journey.  

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

• Providing top quality bar service to compliment the customer experience.  
• Serving drinks and cocktails with enthusiasm to engage with customers. 
• Monitor and rotate stock to reduce wastage.  
• Maintain a clean and presentable service area at all times, clearing tables of empty glasses, wiping down menus and bar surfaces.  
• Assist in setting up, stocking up bottles and garnishes.  
• Helping to close the bar, deep cleaning the area and putting away all tools. 

Other Duties and Responsibilities 

• Ensure all training is completed in a timely manner. 
• Proactively contribute to and suggest ways of improving company processes and procedures.  
• Assisting in the onboarding of newer members of the team.  

Skills 

Technical 

• 1 year of Bar experience.  
• High volume bar operation experience.  
• Experience working in large teams as well as independently.  
• Cocktail making and premium drink mixing. 

Personal

• Flexibility to work regular evenings and weekends.  
• Positive, ‘Can do’ attitude, picking up any additional responsibilities to help the wider team. 
• Engaging and pleasant persona to extend the customer experience. 
• A keen eye for detail, never compromising on standards and keen to deliver an amazing service. 
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt. 
• Excellent verbal and written English is required for this role.
