THE ROLE
OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced Chef De Partie, someone who would be a part of a global expansion journey and will have a lifechanging opportunity to have career progression and professional growth.
The Chef de Partie is responsible for food handling, preparation and execution; including quality, stock control, food safety and product consistency.
Attention to detail is at the heart of everything we do, from product choice and menu development to creating the perfect environment throughout the day, every day.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supporting the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen, incorporate respect and cooperation within all departments
Keeping the highest standards of food quality, working with premium ingredients, ensure excellent and consistent presentation
Adhering to the budget and keep stock and labour costs under control
Supports delivery of site GP through effective stock management practices and accurate adherence to specs
Acts responsibly and with care with department-related stock e.g. kitchen equipment and cleaning items to ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained and wastage is minimised
Comply with H&S, food safety standards set by our hygiene auditors
PERSON SPECIFICATION
NON-NEGOTIABLES
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND
You must have a minimum of 1 year of previous experience working in a busy kitchen environment
Fast learner- curious, proud, and confident in communicating with your team
You must have a good understanding of working safely
Advanced knowledge of food safety compliance
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Good knowledge of stock systems and stock controls
