We’re looking for an Assistant Technology & Facilities Manager to join our team at our [VENUE /LOCATION NAME].
Key Responsibilities of the Assistant Facilities & Technology Manager:
Assist in maintaining simulators and technology systems in venue by performing routine checks, troubleshooting issues and escalating concerns to engineers when necessary.
Support the Technology & Facilities Manager in working with technology & maintenance partners to ensure seamless system functionality and performance.
Assist in maintaining venue infrastructure, ensuring lighting, HVAC, and general maintenance needs are met for a safe and operational environment, carrying out any on-site maintenance as required.
Provide timely updates on technical and facilities status, and liaising with other departments and stakeholders where required.
Help facilitate training sessions to equip team members with essential knowledge of systems and operations.
Monitor stock levels, track equipment usage and assist in ordering any supplies as required whilst monitoring expenditure to align with department budgets.
If you have experience in the below too that would be advantageous:
Good working knowledge and background within facilities management, with an emphasis on repairs and maintenance.
Good understanding of technology, however full training will be provided due to the niche background of our operation.
Working within a hospitality or guest-centric background.
