Marketing Executive – Leisure Division
Location: Central London – Hybrid (minimum 2 days a week in the office)

Salary: Up to £38,000 plus bonus

The Big Table Group, a leading hospitality company with over 230 restaurants nationwide, is seeking a Marketing Executive to support the development and delivery of marketing campaigns and assets for our renowned Leisure Division brands, including Frankie & Benny’s, Chiquito’s, Filling Station, Coast to Coast and Est.

As part of our team, you’ll help drive brand engagement and revenue through innovative marketing strategies that keep us at the forefront of the industry.

Your Role

Working closely with the marketing team, you’ll ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget, while maintaining brand consistency across digital platforms, social media, partnerships, and local initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
Marketing Initiatives & Menu Development – Supporting campaign planning, briefing stakeholders, and ensuring all communication channels are current.
PR & Partnerships – Managing agency relationships, press releases, and securing commercial partnerships.
Brand Consistency & Digital Engagement – Keeping assets organised and leading social media initiatives, including our nano-influencer programme.
Community Management & Local Marketing – Owning guest engagement strategies and supporting restaurant teams with on-the-ground marketing efforts.
Delivery Team Support – Enhancing digital presence, updating promotional assets, and aligning messaging with broader campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

? Marketing Experience – Some demonstrable experience in a marketing capacity. Enthusiastic about marketing and social media, keen to learn, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
? Organisation & Project Management – Highly organised with strong project management skills. Comfortable handling multiple workstreams, meeting deadlines, and keeping stakeholders informed. Able to identify challenges and resolve them efficiently.
? Attention to Detail – Excellent eye for detail across copy, creative, and campaign execution. Confident in proofreading, spotting inconsistencies, and ensuring brand consistency across all materials.
? Communication & Collaboration – Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working cross-functionally and engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Able to brief teams effectively and follow up to ensure tasks are completed
