Finance Manager

Location – Hybrid Working/ Support Office Central London (We’ve just 5 mins away from Oxford Circus)

Salary – Competitive salary plus Bonus and benefits package

Are you an experienced finance professional ready to step into a high-impact role where you’ll lead key financial processes, ensure compliance, and drive excellence across reporting and controls? We’re looking for a Finance Manager to join our dynamic and collaborative team.

 As Finance Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering accurate financial reporting, ensuring compliance with statutory and tax requirements, and supporting the business with insightful analysis. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, auditors, and the wider finance team to maintain strong financial governance and support informed decision-making.

In this role, you’ll be accountable for:

  • Tax Compliance: Ensuring all corporate tax, VAT, and related returns are prepared accurately and submitted on time
  • Audit Management: Leading the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors, and ensuring a smooth and efficient review.
  • Statutory Accounts: Preparing end-of-year statutory accounts in line with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Month-End Reporting: Delivering timely and accurate month-end reporting, including P&L, cash flow, and management reports
  • Balance Sheet Management: Owning the balance sheet, ensuring integrity of accounts, reconciliations, and robust controls.

You’ll also contribute to continuous process improvement, support financial planning, and play a key role in strengthening internal financial controls.

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • A professional accounting qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting standards and tax legislation
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, audit, and tax compliance
  •  Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting standards and tax legislation
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills
  • A proactive approach with the confidence to challenge and improve existing processes
  • Experience in hospitality would be advantageous, but not essential.
