Host/Hostess - NEW OPENING

£14 per hour

Los Mochis is seeking outstanding bartenders to join one of the biggest and most anticipated new openings of 2024. Our flagship will elevate the London dining scene in a stunning 14,000 sq ft restaurant on the rooftop of 100 Liverpool Street. Located on the 9th floor, the restaurant will boast a 3,000 sq ft outdoor terrace with views of the City. Los Mochis City will be our second location in London following the opening of the highly acclaimed Los Mochis Notting Hill.

As a Host, you will act as an ambassador for the exceptional service and cuisine that are hallmarks of our dining experience. Your warm, personal attention provides a memorable first impression for guests of our restaurant/ bar, making them feel welcome and valued. You will attend to dining guests promptly and deal with enquiries on the phone, always providing fast and courteous service.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Managing reservations on the telephone as well as walk ins
• Managing an effective waiting list
• Communicating wait times to guests and answering any general enquiries they may have
• Managing and creating the seating chart and allocating tables and managing flow controls
• Seating guests and distributing menus
• Setting up tables

As a Host/Hostess we would love you to have

• Previous experience working within a fast-paced, quality restaurant.
• Impeccable attention to detail.
• Be passionate about the hospitality industry.
• Good English language communication skills with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to maintain and follow standards.
• Drive and ambition with a desire to learn and grow within the team.
• Proof of right to work/pre-settled status in UK.
