The Role

We are seeking an excellent Pastry Chef de Partie with an interest in Japanese & Mexican cuisine and culture, wanting career growth for a vibrant restaurant located in the heart of City of London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Pastry Chef, with attention to detail, looking to take your experience to the next level. You will be working with the best ingredients to create exceptional dishes and beautiful food in a fast-paced kitchen.  Please note you will be working in a gluten and nut free kitchen.

Requirements and skills

• Impeccable attention to detail
• Previous experience in a similar environment 
• Full ownership in your role
• Good English language communication skills with a willingness to learn
• Ability to maintain and follow recipes, processes, and standards
• Drive and ambition with a desire to learn and grow within the team
• The desire to develop your career within an ambitious and trend-setting restaurant
• Proof of right to work/pre-settled or settled status in UK
