The Sushi Chef de Partie reports to the Head Chef.

As a Sushi Chef de Partie we would love you to have:

• Proven experience as a Sushi Chef, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or sushi bar.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent knife skills and ability to handle sushi knives safely.
• Impeccable attention to detail.
• Full ownership in your role.
• Good English language communication skills with a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team.
• Ability to maintain and follow recipes, processes, and standards.
• Drive and ambition with a desire to learn and grow within the team.
• Train and mentor junior sushi chefs, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to standards.
• The desire to develop your career within an ambitious and trend-setting restaurant.
• Proof of right to work/pre-settled status in UK.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
