Los Mochis City is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Goods Receiver to join our dynamic team. As we bring our unique Mexican-Japanese fusion dining experience to the heart of the City, we are looking for a dedicated professional to manage the receipt, inspection, and organisation of all incoming goods, ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and bar.

Following the success of Los Mochis Notting Hill, our flagship restaurant at 100 Liverpool Street is set to redefine the London dining scene with a stunning 14,000 sq ft rooftop location. Boasting a 3,000 sq ft outdoor terrace with breathtaking views of the City, Los Mochis City is the next step in our ambitious expansion.

• Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming deliveries, ensuring accuracy against invoices and purchase orders.
• Maintain high standards of quality control, rejecting any goods that do not meet specifications.
• Organise and store food, beverage, and non-food items efficiently, ensuring proper stock rotation and compliance with food safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all stock movements and deliveries.
• Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure seamless inventory management.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding delivery schedules, discrepancies, and returns when necessary.
• Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene protocols are followed in storage areas.
• Assist with stocktakes and reporting on stock levels as required.

• Previous experience as a Goods Receiver, Storekeeper, or similar role within a hospitality or retail background.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot discrepancies in deliveries.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP preferred).
• Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple deliveries.
• Basic computer skills for logging deliveries and stock records.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive and hands-on attitude with a commitment to efficiency.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
