Los Mochis City is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our new Omakase Bar opening soon in Los Mochis City. Our sister Omakase bar - Juno, located in Los Mochis Notting Hill, is an award winning intimate 6-seater experience where you can indulge in a creative 15 course experience crafted by our Executive Chef. Our new opening will have 12 seats and will have two seating's per day with fantastic views of the London skyline.
Our flagship elevates the London dining scene in a stunning 14,000 sq ft restaurant on the rooftop of 100 Liverpool Street. Located on the 9th floor, the restaurant boasts a 3,000 sq ft outdoor terrace with views of the City. Los Mochis City is our second location in London following the opening of the highly acclaimed Los Mochis Notting Hill.

Requirements/skills:
· Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or a similar role, preferably in a Michelin or high-end background.
