We are seeking an excellent Night Prep Chef de Partie, with an interest in Mexican & Japanese cuisine and culture, wanting career growth for a busy and vibrant restaurant located in the heart of Notting Hill. This is a fantastic opportunity for an extremely passionate Chef, with attention to detail, looking to take your experience to the next level. You will be working with the best ingredients to create exceptional dishes and beautiful food in a fast-paced kitchen. A typical schedule for a night chef is 11pm - 8 am, 5 nights a week.

The Chef de Partie Chef reports to the Head Chef.

As a Chef de Partie we would love you to have:

  • Previous experience working as a Demi Chef or Chef de Partie or higher within a fast-paced quality, restaurant.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Full ownership in your role.
  • Good English language communication skills with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to maintain and follow recipes, processes, and standards.
  • Drive and ambition with a desire to learn and grow within the team.
  • The desire to develop your career within an ambitious and trend-setting restaurant.
  • Proof of right to work/pre-settled status in UK.
