Overnight Prep Chef - NEW OPENING
£16 per hour
11pm - 7am shifts
The Role
We are seeking an excellent overnight prep Chef with an interest in Japanese & Mexican cuisine and culture, wanting career growth for our brand new flagship opening in the heart of the city. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate overnight prep Chef, with attention to detail, looking to take your experience to the next level. You will be working with the best ingredients to create exceptional dishes and beautiful food in a fast-paced kitchen.

- Impeccable attention to detail
- Previous experience in a similar environment
- Full ownership in your role
- Good English language communication skills with a willingness to learn
- Ability to maintain and follow recipes, processes, and standards

- The desire to develop your career within an ambitious and trend-setting restaurant
- Proof of right to work/pre-settled or settled status in UK

Los Mochis is seeking outstanding chefs to join one of the biggest and most anticipated new openings of 2024. Our flagship will elevate the London dining scene in a stunning 14,000 sq ft restaurant on the rooftop of 100 Liverpool Street. Located on the 9th floor, the restaurant will boast a 3,000 sq ft outdoor terrace with views of the City. Los Mochis City will be our second location in London following the opening of the highly acclaimed Los Mochis Notting Hill.
