Demi Chef de Partie – Prep & Family Meal
Monday to Friday | 08:00–17:00

The Role
We are looking for a passionate and organised Demi Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at Los Mochis City - our landmark rooftop restaurant at 100 Liverpool Street. This role is perfect for a chef with a love for prep work, consistency, and creating nourishing, well-balanced staff meals. You will be responsible for managing mise en place across the kitchen and preparing the daily family meal, helping to keep the team fuelled and the kitchen running smoothly.

Working Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, this is an ideal opportunity for a chef looking for work-life balance.
