The Role

We’re looking for a Head Omakase Chef with exceptional technical ability, deep knowledge of Japanese culinary tradition, and a passion for guest interaction. You will take full ownership of the Omakase experience designing and preparing each menu, sourcing the finest seasonal ingredients, and guiding a small team dedicated to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Curate and execute a world-class Omakase menu, evolving seasonally.

  • Lead the Omakase counter experience with professionalism, charisma, and precision.

  • Ensure the highest standards of ingredient sourcing, storage, and handling.

  • Mentor and train junior chefs in the art and discipline of Omakase.

  • Maintain full ownership of your station: preparation, hygiene, inventory, and guest experience.

  • Collaborate with the senior culinary team to align with LUNA’s brand vision and culinary philosophy.

  • Uphold all food safety and sanitation protocols to the highest standard.
