Our flagship restaurant elevates the London dining scene in a stunning 14,000 sq ft space on the rooftop of 100 Liverpool Street. With a 3,000 sq ft outdoor terrace offering breathtaking views of the City, Los Mochis City is our second London location following the success of Los Mochis Notting Hill.

As Night Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen during overnight hours. Working closely with our chefs and wider kitchen team, you will ensure that the kitchen is cleaned, restocked, and ready for the next service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen overnight.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment, surfaces, and floors are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised.
• Assist with stock rotation, deliveries, and kitchen organisation, ensuring everything is ready for the following day’s service.
• Wash and store all pots, pans, utensils, and dishes efficiently.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Support the kitchen team by preparing workstations for the next shift.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Kitchen Porter in a high-volume restaurant is preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently during night shifts in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
• Team player with a positive and hardworking attitude.
