Los Mochis is seeking an outstanding Bartender to join our flagship which elevates the London dining scene in a stunning 14,000 sq ft restaurant on the rooftop of 100 Liverpool Street. Located on the 9th floor, the restaurant boasts a 3,000 sq ft outdoor terrace with views of the City. Los Mochis City is our second location in London following the opening of the highly acclaimed Los Mochis Notting Hill.
The Bartender will be responsible for assisting the team in ensuring the smooth running of the bar operations for lunch and dinner services. The bartender will work closely with the Bar team to deliver outstanding service and make our guests’ experience memorable. The bartender will have a creative spirit and a passion for premium cocktails.
Salary
Up to £17 ( base pay rate £12.21 + £3.79 tronc + excess tronc)

Impeccable attention to detail
Passionate about the hospitality industry
Full ownership in your role
Good English language communication skills with a willingness to learn
Ability to maintain and follow standards

The desire to develop your career within an ambitious and trend-setting restaurant
Proof of right to work/pre-settled or settled status in UK
