Cloakroom Attendant – Los Mochis City
Los Mochis is seeking an outstanding Cloakroom Attendant to join our flagship which elevates the London dining scene in a stunning 14,000 sq ft restaurant on the rooftop of 100 Liverpool Street. Located on the 9th floor, the restaurant boasts a 3,000 sq ft outdoor terrace with views of the City. Los Mochis City is our second location in London following the opening of the highly acclaimed Los Mochis Notting Hill.
As a Cloakroom Attendant, you will act as an ambassador for the exceptional service and hospitality that are hallmarks of our dining experience. Your warm, professional manner ensures our guests feel welcome and cared for from the very beginning of their visit. You will be responsible for handling guests’ belongings with care and efficiency, providing fast and courteous service while ensuring the cloakroom runs smoothly at all times.

Receiving, tagging, and safely storing coats, bags, and personal belongings
Returning belongings promptly and courteously upon guest departure
Maintaining accurate records of checked items
Ensuring the cloakroom area is clean, organised, and well-presented at all times
Assisting guests with enquiries regarding cloakroom procedures and general directions within the venue
Supporting the wider front-of-house team as needed
Previous experience working within a fast-paced, quality hospitality environment (desirable)
Impeccable attention to detail and organisational skills
A professional, friendly, and approachable manner
Good English language communication skills with a willingness to learn
Ability to maintain and follow standards
Proof of right to work/pre-settled status in UK.
