Los Mochis is seeking an outstanding Robata Chef de Partie to join our flagship which elevates the London dining scene in a stunning 14,000 sq ft restaurant on the rooftop of 100 Liverpool Street. Located on the 9th floor, the restaurant boasts a 3,000 sq ft outdoor terrace with views of the City. Los Mochis City is our second location in London following the opening of the highly acclaimed Los Mochis Notting Hill.

As a Robata Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in delivering the exceptional culinary standards that define our unique Mexican–Japanese concept. Working at the heart of our open kitchen, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes on the Robata grill with precision, consistency, and flair. Your skills and passion will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while maintaining the highest levels of quality and efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities include:
  • Preparing and cooking dishes on the Robata grill to the highest standard

  • Ensuring consistency, flavour, and presentation of all menu items

  • Assisting in menu development and specials as required

  • Following recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications

  • Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene within your section

  • Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering and rotation of ingredients

  • Supporting junior chefs and contributing to a positive team environment

  • Upholding food safety and health & safety standards at all times

As a Robata Chef de Partie we would love you to have:
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-quality, fast-paced kitchen

  • Strong experience working with a Robata grill or similar live-fire cooking methods

  • Impeccable attention to detail and high culinary standards

  • A passion for food, flavour, and hospitality

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure

  • Drive and ambition with a desire to learn and grow within the team

  • Proof of right to work/pre-settled status in UK
