Los Mochis is seeking an outstanding Cocktail Waiter/Waitress to join us. Our flagship restaurant elevates the London dining scene in a stunning 14,000 sq ft restaurant on the rooftop of 100 Liverpool Street. Located on the 9th floor, the restaurant boasts a 3,000 sq ft outdoor terrace with views of the City. Los Mochis City is our second location in London following the opening of the highly acclaimed Los Mochis Notting Hill.

The Cocktail Waiter/Waitress will be responsible for delivering an exceptional drinks service while assisting the team in ensuring the smooth running of the bar and restaurant operations. You will work closely with the wider team to deliver outstanding guest experiences and make every visit memorable.

Rate of Pay:

• £12.21 per hour House Pay
• £2.79  per hour Tronc
• Excess Tronc on top
•  Credit Card Tips
