Los Mochis is seeking an exceptional Supervisor to join our flagship Los Mochis London City restaurant on the rooftop of 100 Liverpool Street.

As a Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the management team to ensure smooth daily operations and the delivery of an outstanding guest and team experience. You will be hands-on in leading shifts, motivating the team, and maintaining the highest standards across service and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee shifts to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent service delivery.
  • Support the management team with staff supervision, training, and motivation.
  • Maintain and monitor high-quality standards across service, presentation, and overall guest experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Assist in scheduling, delegating, and optimising team productivity during service.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Take responsibility for attention to detail in every aspect of the operation, from table settings to guest interactions.
  • Support with stock control, ordering, and general operational duties as required.

Requirements / Skills

  • Previous experience as a Supervisor, Head Waiter, or Junior Manager in a high-volume, premium dining environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team during service.
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Organised and proactive, with strong problem-solving abilities and the initiative to take ownership during busy periods.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining standards.
