Los Mochis City - Barback
Los Mochis is seeking an outstanding Barback to join our flagship restaurant, elevating the London dining scene in a stunning 14,000 sq ft rooftop venue at 100 Liverpool Street. Located on the 9th floor, the restaurant boasts a 3,000 sq ft outdoor terrace with sweeping views of the City. Los Mochis City is our second London location following the highly acclaimed Los Mochis Notting Hill.
As a Barback, you will play a vital supporting role in delivering our exceptional beverage program and guest experience. Your energy, efficiency, and attention to detail will ensure the bar operates smoothly, allowing our bartenders to create memorable moments for every guest in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

- Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment (preferred but not essential)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Strong English communication skills
- Proof of right to work/pre-settled status in the UK
