As Assistant Bar Manager, you will support the Bar Manager in leading a high-performing bar team within one of London’s most exciting restaurant destinations. You will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the bar, ensuring exceptional service standards, team development, and memorable guest experiences throughout service.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day running of the bar operation
• Lead, motivate, and develop the bar team
• Maintain exceptional service and presentation standards
• Support stock control, ordering, and cost management
• Assist with cocktail development and beverage training
• Handle guest feedback professionally and effectively
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and licensing regulations

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Assistant Bar Manager or senior bar leader within a premium, high-volume venue
• Strong cocktail, spirits, and beverage knowledge

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and late-night shifts
