Los Mochis City is looking for an exceptional Bartender to join our flagship rooftop restaurant in the heart of the City.

Located on the 9th floor at 100 Liverpool Street, Los Mochis City features a stunning 14,000 sq ft venue alongside a 3,000 sq ft outdoor terrace with panoramic views across London. Following the success of Los Mochis Notting Hill, Los Mochis City continues to redefine contemporary dining through an energetic fusion of Mexican spirit and Japanese precision.

The Role

As a Bartender at Los Mochis City, you will play a key role in delivering a world-class beverage and guest experience within one of London’s most exciting hospitality environments.

You will prepare and serve exceptional cocktails, spirits, wines, sake, and non-alcoholic beverages while creating memorable guest interactions with warmth, confidence, and personality. This is an ideal opportunity for a passionate bartender who thrives in a high-energy, premium hospitality setting and wants to grow within an ambitious restaurant group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages to brand standards
  • Deliver exceptional service to guests across the bar and restaurant
  • Maintain excellent bar organisation, cleanliness, and mise en place
  • Ensure smooth and efficient bar operations during busy service periods
  • Build strong product knowledge across cocktails, spirits, agave, sake, and wines
  • Engage confidently with guests and make informed recommendations
  • Handle payments and closing procedures responsibly
  • Support the wider front-of-house team to ensure a seamless guest journey
What We Are Looking For
  • Previous experience as a Bartender within a quality restaurant or cocktail-led venue
  • Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques
  • Passion for hospitality, drinks, and guest experience
  • Calm and professional approach under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and presentation
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Desire to learn, develop, and grow within the company
  • Full right to work in the UK
