It’s an incredibly exciting time at House of Louie, with the launch of our brand-new Japanese concept this September — and we’re looking for a Barback to join the dynamic team!

House of Louie, part of a world-class hospitality collection including RIKASParis Society, and the Ennismore Group, is a four-storey townhouse in the heart of the West End offering a diverse range of culinary and nightlife experiences.

From our exquisite French restaurant to the upcoming contemporary Japanese dining concept, House of Louie brings together elegance, energy, and creativity. At its heart is The Alligator Bar — a high-energy cocktail bar serving up bold drinks, late-night bites, live DJs, and unforgettable nights.

About the Role – you will:

  • Support bartenders throughout service, keeping the bar running smoothly

  • Restock, clean, and organise bar stations during and after service

  • Ensure bartenders have everything they need — from glassware and ice to garnishes and ingredients

  • Help with setting up and closing down the bar

  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and professional work environment

  • Contribute to exceptional guest experiences by supporting a high-performance team

About You – you will have:

  • A strong work ethic and eagerness to support your team

  • Previous barback or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential)

  • Great communication skills and a collaborative attitude

  • The ability to stay organised and calm under pressure

  • Availability for 4–5 shifts per week, including late nights (up to 3 AM)

  • A reliable, punctual, and proactive approach to every shift

  • Passion to learn and grow within the hospitality industry
