Description

We’re on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Events & Sales Coordinator to join our team full-time.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality, looking to grow their career in events and sales within a fast-paced, premium environment.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in handling private dining, group bookings, and event enquiries — ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact through to post-event follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Incoming Enquiries: Respond to and follow up on all private dining, event, and group booking enquiries within 4 working hours—via phone, email, and booking platforms.
  • Oversee Booking Systems: Maintain accurate availability and group bookings across systems like SevenRooms and Tripleseat, ensuring smooth coordination with the reservations and front-of-house teams.
  • Coordinate Group Dining Details: Confirm guest requirements, menu selections, and operational details with kitchen and service teams for each booking.
  • Track Sales & Client Data: Log all enquiries and client information within CRM tools, supporting lead conversion and sales reporting.
  • Prepare Event Documentation: Support the creation of proposals, confirmations, floor plans, and internal function sheets under the guidance of the Sales Manager.
  • Deliver Exceptional Guest Service: Build strong client relationships through timely follow-ups, professional communication, and a focus on premium guest experiences.

About You:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in managing events, preferably in fine-dining restaurants or trendy bars
  • A natural communicator with strong attention to detail
  • Confident using booking and CRM platforms (e.g. SevenRooms, Tripleseat)
  • Organised, service-minded, and eager to grow in hospitality events
  • Able to manage multiple tasks calmly and efficiently

If you’re looking for hands-on experience in hospitality events and want to grow with a dynamic, fast-moving brand—this role is for you.
Apply now to join a team that puts exceptional service and guest experience at the heart of everything we do.
