House of Louie, part of a world-class hospitality collection including RIKAS, Paris Society and the Ennismore Group, is a stunning 4-storey townhouse in the heart of the West End, offers a diverse range of culinary experiences.

With our contemporary Japanese concept, launching in September, alongside our well-established French restaurant, serving exquisitely crafted traditional dishes. The vibrant Alligator Bar delights guests with creative cocktails, fusion bar snacks, live music and exciting DJ sets.

About the Role – you will:

  • Run a designated section with confidence and skill
  • Prepare, cook and present dishes to specification
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness
  • Ensure stock rotation and minimal waste
  • Support junior kitchen staff and contribute to a positive team environment

About You – you will have:

  • Previous experience as Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef
  • Passion for quality food and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Food hygiene certification (Level 2 minimum)
  • A positive attitude
