House of Louie, part of a world-class hospitality collection including RIKAS, Paris Society and the Ennismore Group, is a stunning 4-storey townhouse in the heart of the West End, offers a diverse range of culinary experiences.

With our contemporary Japanese concept, launching in September, alongside our well-established French restaurant, serving exquisitely crafted traditional dishes. The vibrant Alligator Bar delights guests with creative cocktails, fusion bar snacks, live music and exciting DJ sets.

About the Role – you will:

  • Keep the kitchen clean, tidy, and organised
  • Wash pots, pans, dishes, and kitchen equipment
  • Assist with basic food prep when needed
  • Make sure chefs have what they need, when they need it
  • Follow food safety and hygiene procedures

About You – you will have:

  • A great work ethic and a “can-do” attitude
  • Ability to work quickly and stay calm under pressure
  • Reliability and punctuality – the team counts on you!
  • Organised and takes a real pride in keeping things clean and tidy
  • Some kitchen experience would be great, but if not, we’ll train the right person
