About the Role
Louie London is launching an exciting new Japanese concept — and we’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Demi Chef de Partie – Sushi to join our kitchen team. You’ll support the preparation of high-quality sushi, sashimi, and specialty rolls, contributing to a premium dining experience in our beautifully refurbished restaurant.
What You Will Do
Assist in the preparation of sushi, sashimi, and specialty rolls to a high standard
Ensure freshness, presentation, and food hygiene are consistently excellent
Support senior chefs in maintaining smooth kitchen operations
Keep your sushi station clean, organised, and efficient
Follow food safety protocols at all times
Contribute to a positive, energetic kitchen environment
Learn from senior chefs and continue developing your skills in Japanese cuisine
What We’re Looking For
At least 1 year of experience in sushi preparation or Japanese cuisine
Confident knife skills and a good eye for detail
Solid understanding of food hygiene and safe fish handling
A calm, dependable approach in a fast-paced kitchen
Passion for quality, consistency, and presentation
A strong team player with a willingness to learn
