This September, we’re introducing a modern Japanese dining concept, complementing our already popular French restaurant that specialises in refined classics. The House also features the energetic Alligator Bar, known for its inventive cocktails, bar bites, and late-night vibes.

About the Role – You will:
• Assist the pastry team in preparing and producing a range of desserts, pastries, and baked goods
• Uphold the highest standards in presentation, taste, and consistency
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene in the pastry section
• Support with stock rotation, mise en place, and minimising waste
• Learn from experienced chefs while contributing to a high-performance team
About You – You will have:
• Previous experience in a professional kitchen (pastry experience preferred)
• A passion for pastry, desserts, and precision
• A desire to grow and develop your culinary skills
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• A strong work ethic and team-first attitude
• Basic food hygiene certification (or willingness to obtain it)
