Our culinary offering spans from traditional French fine dining to an exciting modern Japanese concept, launching this September. Complementing the experience is the Alligator Bar, known for its creative cocktails, fusion bites, live DJs, and late-night energy.

About the Role – You Will:
Take responsibility for a section, ensuring precision and consistency in every dish
Work across both Japanese and French menus, applying strong technical skills
Support senior chefs with preparation and service across lunch and dinner
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food hygiene
Assist in training and mentoring junior team members
Help ensure a smooth, efficient kitchen operation during busy services
Contribute positively to kitchen culture, bringing energy, focus, and professionalism
About You – You Will Have:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef in quality kitchens
Background in either or both Japanese and French cuisine (essential)
Excellent knife skills and a keen eye for detail and presentation
Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
Passion for learning, progression, and working with premium ingredients
A positive attitude and team-first approach
