With our contemporary Japanese concept, launching in September, alongside our well-established French restaurant, serving exquisitely crafted traditional dishes. The vibrant Alligator Bar delights guests with creative cocktails, fusion bar snacks, live music and exciting DJ sets.

About the Role – you will:

• Assist in delivering dishes to guests with speed and accuracy
• Support front-of-house staff in maintaining smooth service and table settings
• Ensure food is presented correctly and served promptly
• Assist with clearing tables and resetting them efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness in service areas and follow health and safety standards

About You – you will have:

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Previous experience is an advantage but not essential – training will be provided
