· Previous experience managing reception or front of house operations preferably within high end hospitality
· Excellent communication and organisational skills
· The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting
· A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
· A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
· Strong leadership and team management abilities
· A good working knowledge of reservation software and table management systems (Seven Rooms, OpenTable and/or Triple Seat) is preferable
