Description

It’s an incredibly exciting time at House of Louie, with the launch of our bold new Japanese concept this September — and we’re looking for 2 dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our dynamic team and help keep our stunning venue looking its absolute best.

Do you take pride in a spotless space, love working behind the scenes to support smooth service, and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment? If so, House of Louie is ready to welcome you.

Shifts may be in the morning, afternoon or evening - we may require that at times you can be flexible with working hours.

About Us
House of Louie, part of a world-class hospitality collection including RIKASParis Society, and the Ennismore Group, is a striking four-storey townhouse in the heart of the West End, offering a mix of elevated dining, vibrant nightlife, and exceptional guest experiences.

From our refined French restaurant to our exciting new Japanese concept — plus the high-energy Alligator Bar with live DJs and bold cocktails — House of Louie is where elegance and energy come together.

What We Offer
• Employee of the Month awards
• Referral bonus scheme
• Staff meals during shift
• Discounts on food and beverage
• Career development opportunities within Paris Society & RIKAS
• Training and progression support
• Pension contribution
• A friendly, supportive working environment
• The chance to be part of one of London’s most exciting hospitality venues

About the Role – You will:
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across all restaurant, bar, and guest areas
• Follow all health & safety and hygiene regulations
• Ensure all housekeeping duties are completed efficiently and thoroughly throughout the day
• Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance needs promptly
• Work closely with FOH and BOH teams to support smooth, well-run operations
• Take pride in creating a welcoming, polished environment for both guests and staff

About You – You will have:
• A positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic
• Great attention to detail and pride in delivering a clean, well-presented space
• Experience in a similar role (preferred, but not essential)
• A proactive and reliable approach to every shift
• The ability to stay organised and focused in a busy venue
• A team-player mindset and a willingness to support wherever needed

If you’re ready to be part of a hospitality team that values energy, excellence, and a commitment to high standards — we’d love to hear from you.
